I had an a amazing experience at this location. Loretta was who helped me for my visit and she was very knowledgeable, respectful, very nice, and also very relatable. I was not sure on which brands to choose for a vape but she was very helpful with my choice. Keep up the good work it’s hard to come by nice genuine folks in retail at times. THANK YOU!!!

Love Lefty's in Fairfield on Dixie Highway. Loretta, James, and the other two employees always always give amazing customer service. Everyone that works there brings amazing energy that just makes me continue to keep coming back.

Reasonable prices, and the candles they have smell great

IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 💯💯 such a wide variety of products and the vibe is just very welcoming and laid-back !! we determined as soon as we were back in the car that from this day forth, this is our SPOT for anything smokeware :))

This is a great place with great people. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and will always greet you when you walk in the door. They are accommodating and seriously back their products up. We recently had an issue with one pen that just happened to be a dud. When we called, he said to come in. He did a quick check of the pen and swapped it with no issue. He even tested the new one before I left to ensure it works. This kind treatment is just one of many good experiences I've had over the last few years. If you're looking for a nice, laid back and helpful smoke shop to go to, look no further.
