Just moved Ohio, every state has different vapes so I wasn’t sure what I wanted, the young man was on the phone and seemed bothered that I was trying to ask questions. Ended up getting a horrible vape (geek bar) that you can buy refills for and it stopped working 2 days later. All around horrible customer service and shopping experience, would not recommend this shop.

My favorite smoke shop. They are always so kind and helpful with anything i need. I dropped a pre roll and lost it one day and the guy was super nice and just let me get another one even when i insisted on paying again. Thank you again sir!!!!!

Very bad customer service, I walk in to just look around, the worker was helping a female customer. After he got done with helping her, he walks over to me asking if I need help i proceed with " I'm just seeing what products u have. He then proceeds to tell me I need to leave or he's calling the cops I asked multiple times why I need to leave with no response or answer. Then while he is on the phone with police he explains that a guy last week stole from the gas station and then tried to rob him. Once I understood why he wanted me out I then explain that I'm not from around here . Then he hangs up the phone and apologize for his action.I travel ohio for work. So long story short don't shop here cuz u might be accused of stealing even tho it's ur first time in there.
