Phenomenal! So I messaged ahead to ask if they had my brand. Not only did they have my brand of choice, but they had nearly every type of cigar from my favorite brand! I conversated with what I'm assuming is the owner, very knowledgeable, knows his stuff, and an aficionado for sure. Very pleasant to speak with on his experience and palete for cigars. I do not live nearby, but I do frequent the area several times a year. However, with this business having such an outstanding array of fine cigars, I have even more reason to frequent more often. Even though I do not live nearby they sell a brand that is hard to find in this area, which is enough reason for me to travel here to experience my favorite brand or try something new. I will definitely come here again! Not only for my fav, but for good conversation, and experienced suggestions on new samples.

If I’m spending upwards of $40 every time I buy here for cigars I’m not going to be treated like a criminal and have to wait for you to unlock the door. I’ll take my business and my money elsewhere. There are way too many competitors just stand around and wait

One clerk was very rude. His attitude and actions are why people are complaining about dry cigars. Also why the cigars I spent $40 on are dried out and will need rehydrated. He walked into humidor and left door open as I walked in behind him, so I shut it. While I was in it, he did it again, so I shut it. He walked out right before I did and did it again, so I shut it. Paid and other clerk said he should be closing it. He then walked in again and left it open… so I closed it. As I walked out, he walks out, leaves it open again and says “you don’t need to keep closing the door after me”. I simply say well it’s supposed to be closed to keep up the humidity and I didn’t want to ruin 1000s of cigars…he rudely goes “it’s an active humidor”. Active humidors still need to be enclosed to work and keep a constant humidity, but I wasn’t going to be rude back and explain it to him; so I told him I’d just get my cigars somewhere else. Overall, if I hadn’t shut the door for him the humidor would have been open for over 15 minutes. I’ve spent 1000s on cigars here because it’s convenient to my home and the owner is very knowledgeable and nice, but this clerk is just a young guy with an attitude and zero customer skills. I’m sorry, but I won’t be back. The prices online are much much better, the cigars aren’t dried out, and I don’t get an attitude.

This is a great place to go for cigar selection. They have affordable cigars, medium selection, and higher priced selection. The staff here are always friendly. I feel appreciated when I shop in there every time. Thank you for providing a positive shopping experience.

Good selection, but high prices, especially with the larger cigars. For example padron 7000 is like $17-$18, but it can be had at Tinder box for $13.75
