I bought an MJ Arsenal Palisade pipe for $100. I thought it looked really nice It had some wood accents and it has a wood connector piece in the center. We did use the pipe that night as intended and then we put it away in the living room cupboard. In the night all by its lonesome the wooden connector piece in the center split right up the side. I took it back in the next day and they said there wasn't anything they could do about it but they told me to email management that they could probably do something for me. I emailed management so It's been a couple of weeks now and no one has responded to me at all. Basically I bought a defective pipe and now I'm down a hundred bucks and they wouldn't even respond to me. MJ Arsenal does have a replacement part on their website but it seems to be indefinitely on back order. I will personally not be shopping at the store anymore and I would advise anyone to stay away from MJ Arsenal products. The staff who worked at the store were great though. Edit: I did email the second email address that I was given by you and once again I have received no response. More of the same

First thing you notice is that the staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff gives 100% + very knowledgeable about all of the things they sell. Almost everything you will need to enhance your pleasure. Very often they are out of zigzag papers - white pack, and they don't sell zigzag kutcorner papers. This STORE has almost anything you can imagine and even more. Looking for crystals ( various types of rocks, quartz etc. Definitely stop in and Hippie Hut Smoke Shop. It will surprise you with so many different things to make your day or night more pleasurable.

Val and lauren are so sweet i called before coming into the store and they were so helpful and accommodating the energy is immaculate. They’re very sweet and great Customer Service. This is my new permanent place to go to in a highly recommend anybody to come here as well and they literally have everything. You cannot go wrong at all here. I've been a regular vape buyer here for nearly two years and this is hands down just a quality vape and smoke shop. Generous deals, competitive prices, selection that's hard to beat, and the chillest staff you've ever had the pleasure of buying your vices from. They are seriously the nicest people. I've only ever had one bad experience with an employee (who made me feel like a huge bother just for shopping there) at this smoke shop in late 2024, and that was coincidentally the last time I ever saw the dude working there. Ironically enough the guy was nice starting out too. We talked music so it was weird to get treated like that out of nowhere. Maybe I wasn't the only one. If so, that shows that management takes their customer relationships seriously, which is always great to see. And the current staff are all keepers. Even if I move away from the Hilliard area, I'll always go out of my way to hit this place up when I've got the time whenever I'm in Columbus... since Columbus decided no fun was allowed anymore.

The staff at Hippie Hut Smoke Shop is incredibly friendly, and they make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. They have a wide variety of merchandise, ranging from common items to more exclusive products that are harder to find elsewhere. I was impressed with how well-stocked the place is, and it’s always easy to find what you need, whether you’re looking for something specific or just browsing. The store has a laid-back atmosphere, and the staff is always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations, which makes the shopping experience even better. It’s definitely a great spot to visit if you’re in Hilliard and need something from their extensive selection.
