I just left this place, let's just say not happily. The item I bought seemed to not work when I got it home. Took it back and the staff worked it and now it seems fine. I wanted a refund, no dice, it's exchange only. Knowing that beforehand, priceless.. but so it goes. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

First time customer here...I was beyond pleased with the whole experience. The father/daughter team who helped me were very friendly & welcoming. I'm pretty new at vaping (trying to quit smoking) so I was grateful for their knowledge. They were very informative as they helped me figure out what was wrong with my device & how to avoid mishaps in the future. The store had many different products & options available for every level, every person. Will definitely be back in the future to try different things. Will definitely recommend!

Came here 2016/03/22, in the area for business. Very laid back place. Spoke with two people, a medium height larger gentleman and a shorter very slender bearded gentleman. These guys are extremely knowledgeable, and have options and gear for people of all levels. A great juice selection with nice testing tanks. Prices are good, but one warning. These guys are friendly. I came in to pick up a few things and support a small shop, and we got to talking...I spent 45 minutes here! Now, I'm an adult and can walk away- they didn't hold me up in any way, nor where they babbling or rambling. These guys are just friendly, knowledgeable, and share their experience. 100% 5 star, and a definite go to!

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful to me as I was new to vaping and really didn't know what I wanted. He gave me wonderful suggestions on ways to save money and the different types of juice for the different products. This store is definitely a 5 star!

This place is the best. Guy working there is super friendly and helpful. Great products.
