We had recently moved to this area of Ohio, and found this smoke shop. We do smoke so looked for places that have the best prices. We bought a carton of cigarettes here and used a debit card. The cashier said it wouldn't go through. So we just paid with cash. When we got home we saw that the debit card did take, it showed up on our account at the time it was used. We got hold of the store, and ended up basically being told "too bad. You have any proof?" NO, but the store did, and wouldn't hear anything I had to say. We ended up paying double the price. DO NOT SHOP HERE! ** Update after owner posted: We did bring a receipt, and were also told you still couldn't tell from your camera footage. Something was definitely wrong, we were not refunded and did have proof we were charged on the card and had the receipt showing we paid cash. I don't know what or why, but we were never refunded.
