I love the Smithville Monkeys, I've talked to quite a few of their employees over time and they always are nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's always a quick and enjoyable trip that ends with a pretty dandy goody bag. Enjoy!!

3rd time I’ve come through when their open sign is on and someone is standing at the front but they leave the door locked.

The woman Kaity was very thorough and kind on the items sold in store I had questions on. If you're looking for natural medicinal alternatives to relax you for sleep or give you energy, try this place out. I'm wanting to try one of their products in the future once I'm able. 💛

Staff is friendly and nice but it seems they don't work at all. Anytime and everytime I try to come to this store I have to sit out front for 20-40 minutes because they are on break doesn't matter time of the day they are on a break which seems like a joke for a job where you sit there and just have to deal with a handful of customers. Today waited out front for 45 minutes because the door is locked as for they are on a bathroom break... 45 plus minutes.

Great service and excellent content! Just got a new grinder and I love it! I loved that it came with a guitar pick!
