Don’t call your customers liars! New customer, new to the area, who really liked your shop. I’ve purchased multiple large glass pieces and hundreds of papers since December. I’ve been trying to order the box of 75 count raw cones for roughly a month and a half now I’ve asked for them to be ordered 3 times, only after purchasing them from your shop. The only reason I knew they existed is because your shop sold them to me. I would much rather buy that bulk pack than to buy 5 6 packs every few days. I just kept getting told that it would get relayed to Cindy and that she places the orders, on the 3rd request I witnessed my name and request get placed in the book. Tonight I came in to get 5 more packs and check in on the order again since I still haven’t gotten a call I was informed by Cindy that she is waiting to hear from the owner since it’s not something they can order. When I informed her that I had purchased them from their shop previously and that was the only reason I knew of them, I was told I was wrong and that their shop has never carried them Cindy called me a liar. I will never shop with you unless you want to right your wrong, my number is in your order book. Shame on you
