I've been to alot of dispensaries and Backroadwellness stands out above the rest. From the moment You walk in, You're treated with Kindness and Respect. The Staff is incredibly Friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about helping You find the right Product instead of just making A Sale. They know their Products Inside and Out, the prices We Love, and the selection is Always Top Notch, nothing against Curaleaf But....The store is Clean Welcoming, and the whole Experience is Consistently Excellent. It's Rare to find a Business that combines Outstanding Customer Service with Quality Products the way Backroadwellness does. They've earned a Customer for Life, and I Highly Recommend them to Anyone, Amber, Mike,Mandi, Brayden, Aaron, Bob, Taylor and Kassie. And the rest of You but forget Names. Love You All.

This the best dispensary in Lima in my opinion. Update: I was very disappointed with my last visit. I learned 1 gram carts sold here are sold as 1 gram but only contain 9/10 of a gram after you read the fine print. Plus some product purchased was to go on sale in less than 12 hours. I have lost my trust in this dispensary. Have a very watchful eye when you shop here.

The prices at the store and all across Ohio are stupid. Why would you pay 10 times the amount of what it the product is worth. Ounces should be $50 not $300. Do better Ohio

This place denied me product multiple times for not having the same number then proceeded to tell me to get a new number I didn’t know we saved peoples phone numbers for things that I.Ds. Are used for my phone number should only be used to allow you to tell my order is done not prohibiting me getting my product to the lady that was the lead team very unprofessional and needs a serious help with her communication skills and prolly should not be high while at work then blame problem on customers never going there and very unprofessional.
