The products are great here. But what really sets them apart is the customer service it’s to young gentleman that just treat people like freakin family LL

Visited Reform and purchased a cookies bag and a variety of freeze-dried candy—absolutely delicious! Drew was an awesome salesman, super friendly, and made the whole experience great. The store has amazing vibes, and I love the new setup. Definitely recommend!

Workers are very kind and knowledgeable.. about their products!

Very clean and nice store. Great customer service from my guy drew. Very organized and professional. Left me alone to browse and when I had questions was very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I recently visited this smoke shop and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The staff knew exactly what I was looking for and made great recommendations that suited my needs perfectly. The products are high quality, and you can tell they take pride in what they offer. If you're looking for a smoke shop with knowledgeable staff and top-notch products, this is definitely the place to go!
