They didn't know what they were doing. The person in the store had no knowledge of any products he was trying to sell. They sold me the wrong vape pen and accessory. Out of all the VIP stores I've been to this one is by for the worst in my experience. I will update if anything changes

The place is clean, decently priced and the customer service is awesome!

Bought a flower vape and the first time I used it I was burned on my lips. I took it in with the receipt and explained what had happened and the owner did not care one bit that I was injured. He showed zero concern about me being burned. He refused to return it and told me to contact the warehouse in Cincinnati where he got it from. The conversation got heated from there and he ended up cussing me out.

Love this shop. Bea and Mike are always awesome. Always friendly and knowledgeable of products. Prices are friendly as well.
