Always greeted with a smile or a hello, go there often and most of the employees know my order before I even get to the counter. For a smaller sized smoke shop, they have a good selection of items and decent prices compared to some others. Thank you for making a mundane task a better one with great customer service

Just based off of phone etiquette I wouldn’t shop here. Hung up on twice after answering phone and not responding. No “please hold”, no “one moment” just picks up, set phone down and then “click”. Then the second time they rudely said something along the lines of “what do you want and how much?” And when I said , “sorry what was that?” Another click!

The selection is great. If they don't have what your looking for, and you let them know, they will get it. The staff are great, and truly care about their customers. If you are having a bad day, they take on the role of a counselor, and try to help. All around.... great, friendly place.

these guys always have my brand in stock and its never dry or stale, and the staff is awesome, Ben and Nick remember all the regulars and always talk to you like you're their friend, even if they don't know you. Love this place and love the staff
