4/10/2026 Customer facing associate behind the counter was incredibly rude to my partner by saying “life’s not fair” when she asked me for my ID but didn’t need my partners’ ID when checking out. My partner asked why she was being rude and she shrugged and said that it was a vape shop as if it wasn’t necessary to be friendly even though it’s a store and requires a minimum level of customer service. We won’t be going back there.

Listen LINDA or to whom ever is working there! I was raised by a gay man, and me trying to be understanding by what you perceive yourself to be is NOT offensive in any manner! Maybe instead of assuming everyone is out to get you, or belittle you have a little bit of understanding! You get what you give in life! Attitude goes A LOOOOONG way!

It is a late night Friday and I need some vape juice but most vape shops are already closed. Then using Google, I find this Blaze Smoke Shop place and see that it is still open. I go ahead and go there thinking they may not have what I want. Yeah, I was thinking way wrong. I walked in and observed an entire world of everything anyone could ever possibly want or need. My goal was just vape juice, but I walked out with quite a bit more. DJ, who I assume is the owner hooked my daughter and I up big time. My daughter is very particular and had him answering a lot of questions about prices, types of vape juices and showing her multiple vape machines and vape juices. He had nothing but enthusiasm and patience for her. Thanks a bunch DJ, for your awesome personableness, customer service and generosity. We will be seeing you again!

Please do not shop here. This is a bigoted vape shop. After writing a review and then reading all the other reviews, it is a bit obvious that the staff of this vape shop really, really, dislikes males and also females who are with males. This vape shop has the rudest counter person I have encountered in my life. The counter person I'm talking about is a white female with short brown hair. When I asked her why she was being so rude, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "This is a vape shop " Please go to a different vape shop. Money should be spent at establishments that employ pleasant people

Dj was awesome! Blaze VIP is very clean and organized, DJ was very knowledgeable and helped me pick my first vape and helped me to pick a juice that I love! He is very friendly and has a wide range of different vapes, juices, and everything else! I will definitely come back to Blaze for my vapes and juices!! Thanks DJ made a new friend!!
