I have been a customer of various shops across Central Ohio for years, but this specific location really stands out due to the exceptional management and the inviting atmosphere of the store. The first thing I noticed when I walked through the door was how absolutely spotless the entire place is. It is clear that the team takes immense pride in their environment; the displays are organized, the floors are clean, and everything is presented in a way that makes browsing a pleasure. In a retail setting, that level of cleanliness really shows a commitment to quality and customer respect. The highlight of the visit, however, was meeting Sara, the manager. She is truly super kind and wonderful to work with. Sara has a way of making you feel welcomed the moment you step inside, and her knowledge of the products is top-notch. She took the time to answer all my questions with a smile, ensuring I had all the information I needed without ever feeling pressured. It is rare to find a manager who is so genuinely helpful and dedicated to ensuring every guest has a positive experience. Whether you are looking for unique gifts, specialty bedding, or just want to browse a local staple that has been serving the community for years, this Heath location is the one to visit. Between the pristine condition of the shop and Sara’s amazing attitude, it is a five-star experience all the way. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family!

I’ve been in the store multiple times and I will say my experience was okay some days, other days not so much. The store is clean and neat. Some of the employees are awesome. There was two girls in there one day I went in and the one girl I think was manager she was very informative and went above and beyond. She got me what I needed and more. She was very welcoming. Another day I went in there was an older woman working and I’m appalled by her approach and demeanor. She was very rude, argumentative. Just acting like she knew everything and very little patience. It was a negative vibe around her and the way she talks to employees is just terrible. It’s very degrading and I was uncomfortable witnessing this girl be talked to like she’s a dog and doesn’t know anything. I would not stay as a worker if I was being treated the way she treats her people. The girls working that day I had the best experience is the only reason I will continue to come back.

I am a normal customer at the heath location so when I saw an older woman putting down a girl with autism her name was Andy I believe it broke my heart it seemed the older woman was the manager named sarah and Andy was her employee so very disrespectful. I will not be shopping there any more until something is done about here and now I here Andy is no longer there bring her back.

They swore up and down the Labubus they sell are authentic from Popmart. They’re not. The QR code sends you to some random webpage, misspelling on the tag, ears far apart, poor quality on the teeth.. I could go on.. Maybe don’t mislead people or false advertise 🤷🏼‍♀️
