You need to update your hours if they aren't accurate. If you close at 5pm, close at 5pm, not 10 minutes early. If you close at 4:50pm, then close at 4:50. My fiance visited Pope's this evening 10 minutes before closing time, at the same time as another customer. They let the other customer enter before him, then closed and locked the door right in his face. He had a lot of stuff to get so I hope it was worth losing out on a $50 sale.
