Had a product issue after spending about $140. I took the product back to the store and was made aware of the no refund policy. After a bit of conversation about the product in question, Sam the owner, eventually did the right thing and I was refunded my money in cash because they don’t know how to refund a card.

Terrible customer service from the African american staff. She cursed at us treated us like we were worthless. Very bad way to do business. I was new to the area was a paying customer for the 3rd time. Now I have to drive 15 minutes away to get the same product from another retailer. 0/5 do not recommend!

Two customers in the store and I have to ask only employee who’s busy on their phone to come and help me. Definitely no customer service here.

Went in for one vape they double charged me and when I said something the female working just threw another vape on the counter. When I asked for my money back she said what do you need it back for? Maybe because I didn’t go in for two. Scam artist at their finest do business somewhere else.

Was a cool spot before they went ghetto with open signs and locked doors. Last three times I drove all the way there only to be closed up with open signs during open hrs... Just come and go whenever. What a joke. Not serious about business
