They have been an extremely helpful staff. In fact, money dropped out of my pocket that I never realized. Bella found it, looked at the store video, found my phone number in their system and called me. I went back later that day and received my money. She was not working so I texted her and she would not accept a reward. She told me that’s what good people do. I am now a lifelong customer. Great karma for her. Thank you

Went in today and had the pleasure of talking to Adam and Bella and they were both super helpful and friendly!! Will definitely be back! Prices are also cheaper then cuyahoga county as well!

Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything in the store. He was training a new girl named Isabella, I think she will make a great addition to this store!

Manager filling in for actual store staff does not honor the rewards program and is horrible. He should not be allowed to work for this company. This is the 3rd time he has refused to honor the program for me personally and tries to charge me full prices.
