As a “frequent flyer” @ Smokey Moe’s of Northwood - this review should carry some weight. There are many staff members that deserve mentioning. I wanted to specifically shoutout James B. in this review.. Anytime I come in, whether it be a good or bad day, I’m greeted with the same smile and friendly conversation from my guy James. He consistently exemplifies what customer service is all about, time and time again. He is very knowledgeable and professional, going above and beyond what is expected. In a time where automation is the new norm and person to person interaction falls by the wayside, James says “no sir, not here, not today!” Thanks for being a great example of how to conduct business and how to be a GOOD human being.

I absolutely love this smoke shop! Every time I come in, the vibe is welcoming, the store is clean, and they always have exactly what I’m looking for. But what really makes this place special is the customer service—especially from my favorite employee Ahmed. He is hands down the sweetest guy working there. Highly recommend shopping with them!

If possible I would give them 0 starts. Terrible costumer service. The guy who is answering is rude and hangup on me when I asked for the manager. Wouldn’t recommend at all I won’t trust a business who treats his costumers like this.
