I recently bought the Terp Tap by Stache, as I was looking for something to vaporize dry herb. I had been recommended the Terp Tap as the product claimed it could do dry herbs and it had an interesting gimmick. But after attempting to use the device and ultimately burning the flower even on the lowest setting, I went digging on the company's website to find out that it does not function well with dry herbs even though there was no mention of this on the box or the instructions. At that point the device stunk of smoke even after cleaning. Luckily the shop owner allowed me to return it as soon as she was available, gave me a good recommendation on a vaporizer pen, and then compensated me for the difference in price. She did this despite the smell and even after I told her I had damaged one of the atomizers on the Terp Tap while cleaning. It's well known that most smoke shops generally do not offer refunds especially on used products, so this was really appreciated. Both the owner and the employee who sold me the first device gave great service and there is no blame to the employee as the product itself was quite misleading. The new pen is working nicely 👌

This place is a diamond in the rough. We struck gold and found some very nice items needed for medical conditions. Store took really good care of us and was very helpful. Excited to return. Really love this place. I'm from Ashtabula county and wish we had one closer but anytime I'm out in the Painesville area you better believe I'm stopping here! Great customer service, ultra friendly employees, great prices and a killer selection of products. Haven't seen many other places (if any) that have the wide range of brands and products Smokology seems to have. Couldn't give them a better rating and I highly recommend checking them out if you're on the fence about it.

Love the regular staff. Its when the owners get involved that things get worse. One of the owners straight up changed the price of an item without updating the prices that customers could see. Told us "they were losing money on us" and lied to my face and said the product I usually paid for was usually a smaller size. Which is not true as I've been getting the same item for months and the size has always been the same.

Friendly staff, best shop in regards to options on various products and reasonable prices compared to most shops. Also rewards program for free for 5-15$ off purchase using points from previous purchases. Highly recommend
