I literally switched from the pearl and brookpark store to the York rd store because they were always out of stock of the vape juice I use and the York rd store always has it. But the main reason I left that store was because you can't even browse the store w out a employee standing right there and following you where ever you go. And now they are doing it at York rd. I don't need someone standing in front of me when im just looking, browsing and shopping. I wanted to buy more stuff but I shop by looking at stuff and taking my time. I'm a adult and can say, "hey can I see that?" If I want something. Let ppl shop. Don't stand over them then follow them when they try to look at other stuff. Not to mention i have tried ordering things 3 times and was never called about the item, it wasn't even ordered. I asked multiple employees about it and was told the same by them all. I could have just bought it thru Amazon but I was assured 3 different ti.es they got me. I think this was my final trip to this store and company. There are tons of vape stores out there that will let you look at stuff and not feel pressured.

I have been coming here for quite some time to get any smoking products, the quality is absolutely amazing anytime I have purchased anything I have never had a problem with and works extremely well. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever I have seen Joseph, he has always given a friendly greeting as soon as I walk in. Very personable, introduces me to types of products and vape flavors it is beyond appreciated, if I were to recommend anyone to go to a vape shop I 100% recommend coming to this location.
