Wife and I went in there because she wanted the Aspire AVP, the guy was helping someone when we came in and said he would be right with us, he finished helping the couple and then started to walk over to us, some other lady came in who he obviously knew and he started helping her instead. Sorry pal, but you missed that sale, we knew what we wanted and was ready to make a purchase, the lady that came in should have waited until you were done helping us. Off to Wild Bill's where the service is always good. Update: Went back in and met Brandon and he made things right. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Appreciate the hospitality. Updated my review to 5 stars solely because Brandon is a good guy and does his job!

My husband and I were at the store Jan. 17. We were working on a tight budget. Wanted to upgrade from our g-priv babies. We explained our range and what we were wanting out of vaping. I came in with my girlfriend and she wasn't sure what she wanted so I had her talk to Eric he was super helpful. He gave us a lot of good advice and she picked out a vape that she loves with his advice, he also suggested some really good flavors. I highly recommend his service.

Eric was extremely helpful when I stopped in today. I wanted a new unit but was unsure of what type of piece I wanted. Eric was very patient and helpful. He spent a lot of time with me. He listened to what I wanted and more importantly to what I didnt want. Eric really made me feel that I was an important customer.
