Bought a defective vape came i asked the older lady short hair to replace it. Bc it was defective she thr began to get loud with me after she proceeded to tell me she wasn't going to replace it. I woukd have gave yall a 5 star due to the other young lady shes pleasant. But the older lady is rude an should not YELL at customers. Telling customers she won't replace a defective product. I asked to speak to the person over the store she said she was. As im walking out the store she said she was calling the store owner. I will not be back due to her unprofessional behavior

Just bought a can of snuff from here. Sell by date is July 16 of 2023. I’ve tried to call multiple times and I get sent straight to voicemail . I would be very cautious as they do not check Their products for expiration

I saw the open sign illuminated for the first time this afternoon and decided to stop in to check out the place. They may have the best cigar selection in all of Columbus. There are two walk-in humidors and they are freshly stocked with all of the best known and higher-end cigar brands. Sam, the owner/manager told me that they still have more of their starting inventory to stock. This place is worth travelling to if you are not already on the South East side of town! They also have a wide range of other tobacco and vaping products. Very highly recommended and glad to have them in town.
