The cigar humidor is impressive! Always a delightful experience when shopping at this location. Kali is a fantastic sales rep. Incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Such a joyful personality. I always end up purchasing a product recommended by Kali and never disappointed. Kali is always unintentionally upselling me during a conversation! Keep up the great work and positive vibes!

Update*** Went in today and had a good experience with Jayden , helped me out! Had good vibes and knew her products. Truck driver From Michigan so am pretty familiar with wild bills products. And this one is by far that Best stocked and friendliest location. Been in a dozen times now, and been showed immediate help and greeted with smiles. Will mention that Micheal (the manager as of the time writing this) is very polite, professional and goes out of his way to help find flavors and product descriptions for me. Thanks Michael!

Only game in town for cigars unfortunately. I bought a San Cristobal revelation here which I was excited to see. The thing was so dry it was flaking apart before I even lit it. Very disappointing experience but the staff was very nice and as helpful as you’d want. Hopefully it was a fluke.
