First time customer today. Wife and I Came in just as they where opening. Place was beautiful and clean, the worker whom name I forgot to get not only was she extremely friendly but very helpful. Selection was very good with over 10 types of flower alone. Highly recommend stop for all my fellow potheads.

Being a 70yo Vietnam vet i have never been treated with more respect than this young man shows me without fail. And I take an Uber for barboursville just for the way I am treated!!

Cozy, good selection, low prices & great smoke! Plus a cashier that is beyond gorgeous & down to earth. If you need to replenish your supplies. Then hit the plug up! That post was a week ago. Today I went back to the plug. Had a horrible experience. The big black guy that was there. Wouldn't give me any recommendations. He weighed out my order. Then he took some out of my bag, before it sealed for himself. Then he said a new policy was in place & taxed me. I won't go back. Thought The Plug was a killer shop. But now I won't come back!!!

This business is awesome, great selection you can actually look at , very nice people. Go in say hi.

Best smoke shop around, leagues better than the Sunnyside nearby--better deals, better product, and you can look at it first!
