I visited this location once, just to check it out. The guy running the store was super nice, he actually let me in after the store was closed, which was super cool. At the time, they didn't have much of selection in the humidor, which was a little bit of a bummer. I did get the opertunity to look around, it's actually a very nice lounge. I really liked how the walls were painted, and the furniture looked comfortable. I didn't stay very long, but my over all impressions were very positive. They have a pretty nice sound system too, some kind of jazz was playing at the time. If I was more social, I would consider popping in and hanging out for a spell. I'm not clear on the cigar policy they have in place, obviously it's important to support local businesses, but I would also be interested in bringing a few cigars along. I also don't know what the drink policy is, it would be helpful is this info was published somewhere. I think the best part of this lounge is it's location, light traffic, dedicated parking. I do try to stay out of downtown Columbus, which limits my ability to enjoy the other lounges in the area. I wouldn't be opposed to a Governors in etna, lots of opertunity for growth!

Staff is friendly, great furnishings, but the humidor is empty. They had like 20 cigars total in the humidor. They used to have a great selection, not sure what happened.

While traveling I was looking for a laid back lounge and I found it! GCL has a great humidor loaded with tasty sticks! Great prices, friendly staff! Kurt and Andrew were awesome, we had great conversations in a very comfortable atmosphere! Plenty of seating, tvs and drinks available! This will be my go to lounge the next time I’m in the area!

This has been my go to place for a couple of years. Great staff, comfortable environment, good people. Everything you could want in an Ohio Cigar lounge. But lately the selection has been pretty weak. I hope this is due to tariffs and import restrictions not a general statement about the economic viability of the location.

One of the workers was lurking in the cigar room as we were selecting our cigars to purchase. Not asking if we needed help or anything just sort of standing there as if we were going to steal something. I purchased some cigars but don't think I'll be back again.
