Two times I have visited the store and two times I have a bad experience. I am not sure if the staff just isn't aware of what the products are that they are selling or if they are being deliberately deceptive just to make a buck. The first time I went there I bought what was supposed to be an infused cannabis pre-rolled joint. What I got was a Delta 8:00 that had some sort of oil smeared on the outside of the joint and as soon as it got hot, the oil began running down the sides of the joint all over my hand. I wish I could say that was the worst experience. The second time I went I called before I went to the store because I heard that they had mushroom chocolate bars. I called and specifically asked if they were psilocybin mushrooms. I was told yes they were. I went to the store and asked again before I purchased the item if it was indeed psilocybin. Again, I was told yes. The packaging did not have the ingredients listed on the outside so there was no way I could verify this before purchasing the item. When I got home and opened it so that I could see the ingredients list on the inner packaging, it only said that there was a blend of mushrooms. I then went to the company's website and the company indicated the mushroom blend included Lion's mane, reishi, and chaga mushrooms, none of which are hallucinogenic. Since none of the mushrooms were hallucinogenic and the rest of the ingredients were normal ingredients to make a chocolate bar, I did not expect what happened next. After about an hour I began to hallucinate, my head was pounding, my heart was pounding, I felt sick to my stomach. It felt very unclean and unsafe. It was not hallucinogenic mushrooms but something not listed was in it and it was dangerous. I went to the shop to discuss it with them and I was laughed at and told that nobody else ever complained. I asked for a refund on the unopened product on the basis that they straight up lied to me about the ingredients. The employee refused and again laughed at the situation.

I went to the Dank Vault for the first time today and had NO idea about anything 🤣 Thankfully Angel was there to assist me with everything I needed. I explained to him what I was looking for and after asking specific questions, knew exactly what the best product would be for me. He was phenomenal. 10/10 will be back!
