I love Trippy's! I've been a customer for years and this store and the staff are awesome. The store is clean, organized, and well lit. Whenever I walk in I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you need assistance they are more than willing to help. There is always something new that has been added to the shelves. I love that they offer so many varieties to fit everyone's needs. You can find a huge selection of cigars, wraps, cigarettes, and accessories. They also have lottery, snacks, drinks, gifts, and more. The prices are very responsible and good the products are good quality. I always leave feeling appreciated. Thanks guys!!

Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and up on the latest gadgets. Huge selection of products.

Best smoke shop around. Super Kool and smart staff. Great prices. Love this place!!! Took some photos with my drone 🙃 won't stop coming back!

Staff treats you like family very friendly 😊

The employees are wonderful. If it's busy there's a line of like 2 people and if not bad at all. They have so much stuff to look at so do that while you wait for them to finish up cashing out the other customers. They're very good about checking you out nice and quick if you already have what you need. They're really good about answering questions and describing what you'll need/what this product does. They have great incense scents in many different smells of course :) ! We love them and they're pretty well priced compared to a lot of other joints we have tried to go to out in Cleveland.
