Vapor Haus on Bechtle Ave is always a great stop. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and they actually take the time to answer questions instead of rushing you. They have one of the best selections in town, plenty of flavors, devices, and accessories to choose from. Always a solid experience every time I visit.

Went in yesterday, and got to meet the new employee. She was so sweet and helped me pick out a flavor based on what im used to because they didn't have my normal in at the moment. Kira was not only nice but was really patient and I really enjoyed the conversation we had while I was there. Will definitely be my new home store. No pushiness towards a flavor brand or brand. Just listened to what I like and now I have the perfect vape with a new flavor. Completely satisfied!

They always are very friendly and helpful whenever I come in. I have been coming here since moving to springfield back in 2021. Great selection of products! I use the refillable Raz pods, 50k puffs.

The best vape shop. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable! Absolutely adore the little red head that works there. She is so kind. I could spend the entire day just hanging out with the staff. I will never go to another vape shop

Martina and tia were extremely friendly and knowledgeable making my experience the best service I've had in years I will definitely be recommending this store to all my friends
