I was waited on by a female with short dark hair. I’ve never met anyone so rude before in my life. I asked my father who would go in there sometimes who said he will no longer go there because this lady is so rude. I was cashing in a lottery ticket that I should have been able to bring anywhere but couldn’t because they didn’t activate the roll of lottery tickets. When I mentioned it to her she rolled her eyes and told me she does that at the end of the day. It was two days after I purchased the lottery ticket so apparently she doesn’t do that at the end of the day because she had two days to do it. But to be rude and to act like I should know her process in regards to lottery tickets is laughable especially when she was wrong herself about her process. The cigarettes aren’t discounted either, quite the contrary. They are more expensive so to pay extra for “discounted cigarettes” and to have a lottery ticket not work because the employees don’t know the process and then to be treated like they’re doing me a favor by doing the job their being paid to do it ridiculous. I wonder how business is doing for them. It can’t be good because they don’t offer much. The only thing extra I get when I go in there is the female employees attitude I could do without. Will not go back and my father won’t go back and we will see how long it stays around. I never see anyone in there anyway so good luck with that.

Only place in Saint Marys that supply tar bars for the ends of my cigarettes. They really take a lot of tar out of it. The ppl are always polite and informative

They need more vape stuff but they are cool. The lady was really helpful and nice.
