If you want a good vape, KLOUD 9 in Steubenville IS NOT the place to go. I can’t tell you how may vapes lately I have got there that have been burnt as soon as I unpacked them and used them, or how many have had malfunctioning batteries in the last couple months. Worst part, at $30 a vape, they refuse to refund you, swap it out, exchange it or even give you money off a new one when you get these faulty ones. I would understand if it happened once or twice but I don’t have enough fingers anymore on both hands to count how many times this has happened in the last couple months and it’s ridiculous. Idk if they’re just buying junk vapes, knock offs, bad batches or what for cheap discounted rates and reselling them as real ones or what but their product quality is below sub par. This place wouldn’t even qualify as the Temu of vape stores, that would be insulting to Temu.

This store is great they have such a variety of everything you can think of plus for us women they have hair extensions/ wigs that are good quality along with a bunch of other lil beauty things to choose from you can't get anywhere else

I have been over charged on vapes pods twice that I know of by maged

A lot of vape options. Very nice & helpful staff. The store is very clean, organized and well lit. There's also other items for purchase that are unrelated to smoke/vape products. The prices are comparable to other local shops.

1 of my top 5 places to buy some good ole Mary, excellent selection of pre-rolls, THC vapes, & yummy gummies ☺️🤤
