Love this place! I only come here for my smoke/vape needs. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. Music and energy is always fantastic, regardless of time of day. Store is well-lit and has a good variety.

Initially I went in here during my month’s long trek to find a new vape. In the past I was/still am an Elfbar: Blue Razz Ice fan. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve tried different brands recommended by store employees as being “pretty close” to the Elfbar Blue Razz Ice flavor and being disappointed. My first time, and every time thereafter, each employee working (usually a single worker) has greeted me with a warm friendly smile and because of my repeated business, most have come to remember me and my order(s). I explained what I was looking for and this was the first place where an employee genuinely said they didn’t feel comfortable recommending a brand/flavor close to my beloved Elfbar because what they think (based on other customers preferences) may not be what I’m looking for. However she did narrow down my choices by explaining the different brands, and how they’re received by other customers. I tried a vape brand called Mr. Fog: Blue Rancher Ice, it was around $25, but it was way too sweet for me. The employee did say if I didn’t like it that I could return it (empathy for my unsuccessful search lol) BUT the flavor didn’t bother me until about 3-4 days after having it. I appreciated the offer to return it but I knew that offer was only good for 24 hrs or less. My search for a vape continued… Luckily I took a chance on North Vision: Blue Razz on impulse, at a different store, and my search was completed. 😊 Black Castle has this brand and flavor however it’s $5-6 more expensive than the Marathon gas station I initially bought it. When I told the woman working there, she didn’t offer to price match (I still had the receipt) in order to keep a loyal customer, or offer an explanation on the price difference. Just got a patronizing smile and head nod. 🤔 I’m still a regular customer here, unfortunately I have to stop at a different spot for my vape even though they sell it at Black Castle but will not match the better price. I understand not all employees have the power to change or match cheaper prices elsewhere so I’ve mentioned the different price to other employees but I still get the same head nod responses. One last thing, I like and utilize their punch card policy; every $10 spent earns a punch hole. Once filled, you’re given 10% off your next purchase.
