Port Royal cigars, five stars, the young old man behind the counter was very helpful, he assisted me with his knowledge in brilliant ideas on what tobacco’s to get, would absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the surrounding areas of Toledo, Ohio, I know there are other stores, but this was the one I went to, great job Port royal cigars

I’ve been coming here for years to buy Cigars for my dad. I don’t smoke Cigars and this business and the employees have always been super helpful helping me pick out cigars — that’s why I’ve stayed loyal. I went in today at 11:15am EST (12/24/25) and the man working the counter was wildly rude to me. He was condescending and acting like it was a huge inconvenience trying to help me find my dad some cigars. Saying things like “well, we have a thousand options so?!” “Well I don’t know him, so?” Like I’m an idiot. I was about two seconds from leaving. Gross behavior & one of the ruder individualsI’ve encountered at a business in quite some time. Will not be going back.

This is a really great little shop. Nice selection of cigars and pipes. The prices are reasonable, the staff very friendly and the lounge is very inviting.

I was in town for work and came by to smoke my pipe in the lounge. Had some good conversation with a few of the old regulars and had an all around good experience.
