Two enthusiastic thumbs up 👍👍 Mackenzie is amazing and a wonderful assistant manager. She's helpful, kind and polite. I like the fact that she knows her products, so if you have a question she can definitely help, excellent customer service. Just remember the golden rule - she will be nice if you are.

Came in to exchange a battery and the customer service is next to none. Easy exchange. Also asked if they had a specific tobacco and tubes and the ladies in there were more than happy to grab it for me with a smile on their faces. Highly recommend!
