Mary has poor customer service and very bad work habits. The store always looks a mess and unorganized when she is there. Lines always held up and she is not doing anything. She appears to not be a team player.

For starters, this store always looks like a tornado ran through it. I pull up 13 minutes before it closes, and the doors are locked. If you close at 8:47 then have it posted that you close at that time. Accountability.

I could give Zero stars I would for the way the Associate Mary handles her customers I would. A very lazy employee!!

Online it says they open at 9am…apparently not. I asked a Caucasian cashier (only giving race because she is the only one I’ve seen the three times I was there) how much was an item, and she asked me was there a price on the shelf. Like duh, no that’s why I’m asking you goofy. Trotwood is sad…no stores and the ones that are open act like they want to close.
