Aubrey and Vivian always make my shopping experience great at Havana! Love this store. However the black haired girl is kind of rude when I come in , but Aubrey and Vivian definitely make up for it!

HUGE shoutout to Havana. If you need a clean vape/smoke shop for your needs THIS is the place. Along with their other locations the workers are welcoming and personable. The prices are great and they have a rewards system to save you money. They’ll even try to get a certain item you want if they don’t have it!

I’ve tried coming to this store multiple times, at different hours of the day, and it’s frustrating to continually find the doors locked. At this point, it honestly seems like they employ people who simply don’t want to work, and there’s very little accountability. If you’re going to advertise business hours, customers should be able to count on the store actually being open. Management needs to take responsibility and hire people who are willing to show up and do the job. I’m tired of wasting my time making trips here only to find it closed. It’s pitiful will never try again.

Purchase vape…brought it right back because it was continuously glowing until 10 sec warning. Still 100% full. Would not do anything about it. I just paid $25. Said because it didn’t do it before I walked out the door all they could do was offer me $5 discount. Deleted my account. So disappointed

Hands down to the absolute best shop I've been to in ages. Didnt catch young ladies name working but she was Super friendly & very helpful. She helped me find everything I needed & more. Great Vibe in this shop, I will definitely return. This is My new #1 shop
