really solid shop with a good atmosphere. the vibe when I walked in was chill and welcoming, and the music was actually good way better than hearing random YouTube the dude always has playing in the background lol. staff was cool and made the place feel comfortable. It also just had a better, more relaxed energy compared to some other remedies I’ve been to not that tense or awkward feeling you sometimes get. my wraps were a little stale this time, so that’s the only reason I’m not giving a perfect review but overall I had a good experience.

it was my first time at a smoke shop yesterday and chloe helped me so much to figure out what to buy. we had a great conversation the whole time and she was really sweet. i bought my first bowl and i’m really happy with the purchase. i hope chloe is there the next time i stop in!

Overall the shop itself seemed fine, but the experience was really uncomfortable. The guy working there came off friendly at first, but quickly crossed the line. He was hitting on my girlfriend while I was sitting right outside, and it made her really uncomfortable. There’s a difference between being nice and being unprofessional, and this definitely felt like the latter. I’d suggest keeping interactions respectful so customers actually feel comfortable coming back.

Love products and large selection of just about anything you could want or need but young girl behind counter yesterday was borderline rude and not friendly at all. A smile and acknoledgment can make all the difference especially in sales. Might need to remind her to at least be cordial and act like she wants to wait on people. Customers are who guarantees her paycheck. Doesn't even look old enough to be working there, let alone vaping out in open. New generation always more worried about their phones, vapes and friends.

I frequent the shop and most of the time I have no issues but my last experience wasn't favorable. Clerk was more worried about her phone than the customers and I felt my needs could have been met better. Felt rushed when she was taking care of us. Definitely would have spent more money had she been more patient.
