Best cigar shop / lounge around! Awesome selection, reasonably priced and perfectly humidified. The guys running the place are great too - friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Always a group of guys hanging out in the lounge for those who like to stay. For those just starting out or are in need of accessories (cutters, lighters, humidity packs, humidifiers) they have it all, they'll get you set up. For those who are familiar with cigars, plan to spend some time looking over their selection. I try to stop in every time I'm on the east side of Cleveland.

Friendly staff and customers. Very welcoming to newbies and experienced smokers alike. Great selection from “factory smokes” to boutique. The lounge feels like mid century rec room. Big screen TVs to watch sports. If you’re new to cigars try one of their excellent house blends.

Stopped in here looking for a retirement gift, and I had a great experience. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. Stephen, the manager, was especially helpful and made it easy to find the perfect gift box with plenty of options at different price points. I’m not even a cigar smoker, but the lounge/club area looked like the kind of place where you could accidentally sit down for “just five minutes” and leave three hours later with new friends and zero stress. Very chill, relaxed atmosphere all around. Definitely recommend checking the place out whether you’re a cigar expert or just gift shopping like me.

Daniel here helped my wife get started on a kit for me. Best anniversary gift ever! These guys have a new regular customer. I wish I would've tried it sooner. They have a great kit with their own collection of custom cigars. They are delicious and worth every penny. I recommend getting the royal Havana blends and supporting their business And if you buy the package, you basically get a free cigar. Just one visit I learned a lot how to clean your pallet and start with the lighter cigar and move onto the darker cigars through the pack. Yeah, I only have a couple left here. They are good.
