"I am a customer for life after my experience here today! I came in visibly frustrated, incredibly indecisive, and trying to return a defective vape pen. Instead of giving me a hard time, Marissa working the counter was an absolute saint. She stuck with me, listened patiently as I worked through my frustration, and pivoted on the fly. She listened to me talk about how both electric vapes and nectar collectors had completely failed me in the past—with nectar collectors specifically being way too harsh and imprecise. She effortlessly figured out that what I actually needed was a proper glass banger and torch setup. What made it completely flawless was that instead of trying to upsell me, she directed me right to a shelf of standalone kits that were the exact same sales price as my original item. She gave me the perfect amount of space and time to look through the designs, making it a perfect penny-for-penny exchange. To top it all off, she threw in a phenomenal high-end Blink torch for free just to make up for the trouble. Exceptional, intuitive customer service like this is incredibly rare. If you go in, look for Marissa—she is amazing at what she does and treats people right. I will absolutely be back! 5/5 stars! I visited this shop for the first time today, and it was a great experience. The staff member, Kate was incredibly patient with me and helped me choose a beginner-friendly pod system. They walked me through how to fill it and maintain it so I didn't ruin the coil. Very clean shop and a huge selection of juice flavors!
