I have been going to this vape shop since they opened and normally had no problems this morning my boyfriend purchased a hookah that was defective the glass had no bottom piece and upon purchase the manager offered a 7 dollar discount off 50.00 upon opening the hookah once at home we contacted the store about the hookah missing pieces as well as certain items being already open and the glass being chipped and missing pieces. We were told we can get only 10.00 store credit and how we were given a “generosity” discount off 7.00 off the original price and that they were losing out on profit not us. I explained I was still losing out on more money and now only have a defective hookah that can’t be used I explained we didn’t ask for the discount the store manager then stated several times I’m not saying your broke which had nothing to do with the purpose of the call then I said to the manager I have had multiple conversations with you I don’t think you intentionally sold me a bad product the manager then over talks me and says I don’t have time for this disrespect and I gave you 7.00 off and my boss chewed me out and hung up the phone. The hookah was brought back to the store to show proof of the defective merchandise the manager wouldn’t look at the box and stated we have one in the back we will give you now you have two hooks for the price of one I wasn’t supposed to give you a discount because my boss isn’t in a hurry to sell the product. We accepted and left with no disrespect or arguing. The vape store manager that just gave us the hookah called ten minutes later and said that he talked to the store owner and we are banned from the store because they don’t appreciate the disrespect. The store owner wasn’t present for any phone calls or store visits which the manager stated this several times so this is all word of mouth from the manager telling the owner we were disrespectful. As well as telling us customers use the vapes that are purchased in the store before leaving which had no reference to setting the hookah up in the store and using it which was also not disclosed we should have done before leaving the store. I have always came in this store atleast three times a week and never had any problems and was always showed respect up until this point very disappointed in the outcome not to bash the store but please check what ever you buy from this vape shop before leaving to avoid this and to the other workers at this store continue providing excellent customer service and thank you!

Could someone please tell me the name of the gentleman with gauges and tattoos? I just moved here from South Carolina a month ago, I walked into this store and he was just awesome. He has recently switched jobs and I cannot figure out what his name was. He's very knowledgeable.

Great experience every time I come here! The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a great selection. A cute, short, and friendly girl helped me out — she made everything easy and gave awesome recommendations. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Definitely coming back!
