Number one shop in my book very professional and the gentleman that help me was very knowledgeable and he new what he was talking about so if I need any kind of vape or cell phone this I s my got to guys .....A+ ****************** and iam quite the 420 critic and this place is the best I will be back and I will let every body I know it's the best I drive a hour because this place is the best stop down to there place and you tell me ok see you all know I just smoked cool thank you again fellows I will see you next trip

Went there a few times and no problems, went there last weekend and girl was really nasty,bad attitude and questioned me about what I said about prices I was given before. I wouldn't shop there again and wouldn't if I were you.

I have worked in upper corporate management for over 20 years, and I can honestly say this was the WORST customer experience I've ever had at ANY STORE, EVER. I stopped in about 9:30 (you close at 10), to get replacement coils for my device. I walk in- wait a few to be greeted, but what transpired after, was awful. I told her I needed to get the coils and was told "they are over there", I'm like "Can you help me figure out what size I need", and she looks at me and says "NO".... At this point I'm completely dumbfounded because wouldn't it be your job to know about vape devices, coils, salts for the customers coming in? She replied "No, nobody knows the coil sizes", which is complete BS since I've stopped at your store and purchased them before when a man waited on me. Now I can understand why your parking lot is always empty while other shops in our area flourish with business. I'll never spend a dollar at your store and will encourage others I know not to go there either.

The store, selection, and staff have always been fantastic and helpful. They have just about every main brand and a wide selection of flavors even when their stock is starting to get low. Disappointed that I can't give five stars at this time because the woman working was rude during my most recent visit. I'll probably still stop by when convenient, but I won't go out of my way the way I used to. I don't need to gamble on whether the staff will be normal and polite or if they're going to make me feel like I'm a burden for making them work. edit: Upon reading other reviews, others seem to have the same feelings. Interesting.

Great guys and great service! They do promotions and they are super knowledgeable on their product. I will return!
