Didn't like the employee who helped me. Didn't ask me for phone number to get discount on my cigarettes . Had to ask for the receipt. Then I only got 80 off four packs when it should of been more. Not happy

Over the past year, I’ve observed a noticeable decline in customer service. While it appears that only one staff member is assigned at a time, I hesitate to place full responsibility on the clerks themselves. However, my primary concern lies with your fountain drink service. Time and again, I’ve requested a simple soda served as a fountain beverage—only to receive a bottle or can instead. If pricing is the issue, then adjust accordingly. But even with a price increase, I won’t be returning. Additionally, your partnership with RJ Reynolds and the Vuse product has become increasingly problematic. Vuse began as a promising option, but it has devolved into a manipulative offering that no longer meets basic standards. The retailers you’ve chosen to distribute through seem unwilling to acknowledge the product’s decline, and that lack of accountability is deeply disappointing. I’ve held off on sharing this feedback in hopes that things might improve. But when clerks are unable to assist and the experience continues to deteriorate, I’m left with no choice but to move on. If this feels like a breakup, I hope it serves as a moment of reflection and growth. I genuinely wish your team the best moving forward.

Friendly employees and great prices. Plus they always have my brand of menthol cigarettes .
