The alleged "Company policy" that Brandon states they have is a little ridiculous. Unfortunately, I can't go into details, but I will be testing this "policy" at other locations. If it is their policy, my review stands, and i will make sure that this company will not get my business again. It's a shame because their prices are great and they typically have good customer service.
