I normally don't leave bad reviews. But I came in here because they open earlier than most places. And I figured that I would go and purchase a product. I went in, and paid for a single pack of 7. And literally right after I paid, not even 30 seconds after, I noticed my product was a little crushed inside. So I asked the employee if I could just swap it out and she refused. I wasn't even asking for a refund. I just wanted to swap it for another one since it had been crushed. And she wouldn't even do that for me! I paid 12 bucks for the product and figured they would do the right thing and just let me swap it out. But no they didn't. I spend alot of money at these places. And I normally go to Buzzin, Discount smoke shop on 81st and Elm, Staxx here in town, or Cloud 9. Because they know me, as I am a regular. They always have great service, as well as better prices. And I recommend my friends to these smoke shops all of the time, so they can get more business. But I will not recommend this place to anyone. And will not be back to give them my business. Like I said, I normally don't leave poor reviews but this needed to be address. Also, the prices there are way more expensive then the other places that I listed above.👆⬆️ I will just stick with going to my usual spots from now on, since they know me and they have better prices on their products.💯
