Honestly I tolerated the employees being on some kind of drugs just to buy my stuff and go, but this last time was ridiculous. I was actively looking asking her to show me products and reading labels because I couldn’t see. Her eyes were dodging every which way, stumbling over words and talking in disorganized speech and halfway acknowledging me. Whatever. I’ll deal. Someone walked in and she asked if she could help them since I didn’t know what I wanted. Like what? You’re supposed to be helping me. I was actively asking questions about flavors and brands but because I didn’t choose something within 60 seconds I was taking too long? I won’t be back. I’ll tolerate drug use or terrible customer service but not both at the same time.

Sold me a defective vape and wouldn't replace it. Cost is several dollars higher that any gas station in town and they don't stand behind their products. I suggest the Shell next door.

I would not recommend this vape/smoke shop. I have used them multiple times and the service continues to diminish more with each visit. Last couple of visits I've made the employee working was clearly on something. If your business deals in vape products the employees should be somewhat knowledgeable in the products you sell.
