I’m so happy I switched over to this shop instead of Discount Smoke depot down the road. The selection is amazing, the worker helped me find a new device and juice that wasn’t shady. He was very very knowledgeable about their products. He walked me through how to use my new device and made sure everything worked before I left, to top it all off he had a few adorable dogs in the back!!! I will only be spending my money here.

The owner is always so knowledgeable about his products and even transactions! He goes out of his way for his customers and shows great care and consideration for every individual! Ex: I have two baby boys and it's summer outside. Therefore I cannot leave them in the car to go in and get my product. This being so I asked him if he could pick me out a discount vape juice and handle the transaction for me. Instead he told me he'd bring me the box of the items I wanted to look at, and would handle the transaction right there outside. This is actually the second time he has helped me with this. I do not know of any other place that would do that for a customer! I give him an A list review!!

Service is honest, friendly, and helpful. The guy gave me a pretty straightforward rundown of each mod I was looking at. It’s nice to go to a place that isn’t pressuring you to spend all you got, but instead they help you find what’s best fit for you and your wallet. Although I was in a hurry, he quickly made sure I knew the basics about the mod before I left, and welcomed me back if I ever had questions about it...which made it sooo much easier since it’s my first one. ...oh yeah...and make sure you bring in your ID. The sign on the door isn’t just for decoration lol

The gentleman that works closing throughout the weekend shifts has made my experience shopping here awesome. I came through from Alabama as guest and he was so awesome that when I moved here I searched this one store out for over a week. Awesome prices, awesome people.

Hank is the man!!! Always greets everyone with a big hello! Hank is the shop dog who always wants a scratch and his owner is pretty freakin awesome as well. I don’t know his name but he’s always very kind and knowledgeable about his stock. If he doesn’t know the answer he will be 100% honest with you. No BS.. I always go to Black Mesa if I am down that way. Thanks Guys!!!
