Absolutely the best smoke shop in OKC! From the moment you walk in, you’re impressed by how clean, modern, and well-designed the interior is. The store is beautifully organized, brightly lit, and has a welcoming vibe that makes browsing enjoyable. They have an incredible selection of vapes, cigars, hookah products, and accessories, all at great prices. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. Literally have bought no where else for over 2 years now. Spend sad amounts of money here, thousands and are regularly here . Never complain, ask for refunds or exchanges etc. But just bought a vape from here today, its literally MISSING JUICE, its not even full, in all my years I've never even SEEN such a thing. On top of that, its a flavor we regularly get that tastes like literal rat posion. We aren't asking for a refund, we are asking for your product to b honored and after all the money and time we've spent here, for yall to not AT THE LEAST exchange it or let us pick another flavor (as we had to go through 5 total of these before we found one that wasn't burnt, also), is completely out of line. Not sure we will be back here again. My partner doesn't like going anywhere else but ill Def be reminding him of this situation next time he tries to purchase anything here again. We come here for all products also, krstom, vapes, glass, everything. Def appreciate yalls fake friendship and lack of honest customer service that I'd never guessed you had.

People who work there are extremely friendly and helpful, one even got us product reordered that they weren't going to carry anymore because we come in for. Definitely 5 star service.

I love the employees but, after over 3 years of shopping here, I’m genuinely about to give up. This has been a constant, getting worse over the last 6 months and now they refuse exchanges. I’m very upset. This is bad business. Take it out on Soma, not out on your customers. *edited a couple months later* I added new pictures of the same product still having the same issue. So much for consistency and product regulation. Never had this issue literally anywhere else. I’m beyond upset at this point and think I’m just done trying with your shop. I’ll drive the extra 5-10minutes to go somewhere else.
