I strongly believe new employees at this location need proper training before being placed on a register. I had a very frustrating experience with a young cashier who stood by her computer without saying a word. If she was logged out or unable to access the system, she should have told me immediately instead of watching me unload 25–26 items onto the belt. After I finished unloading everything, another employee finally came over and told me I had to move to a different lane. When I expressed my frustration, the original cashier acted like it wasn't her problem. To the young lady: please use your words and let customers know if you aren’t able to help them so we don't waste our time. I feel bad for losing my temper with the older staff member who stepped in, but this situation was handled very poorly.

Me and my friend went,Cashier was nice! Very quiet suggest playing music though. We got coconut drpeppers 2 for 4$ Overall great!! They also restocking shelfs alot

I love this store! Great place, great customer service. I wish more people appreciated how hard they work. I have seen many rude customers who assume they know how to do their job. They handle it as good as they can considering it happens daily. People doing coupons wrong, cards, or getting upset when someones not at the register. Which I have asked about, and they said that HR would get upset if they just stood there all day. They are simply not allowed to sit in one place and wait for you, they are not cashiers. It sucks how bored people get to act so nasty.

I came back for the 2nd time this evening because the nice young man at the register said Coke Dr Pepper etc was on sale three for 15 or three for 13 so I came back to get soda then I was told by the rude lady the older lady working out on the floor that you couldn’t mix so I put the Sprite back and got the Three that went together,and I still wasn’t charged correctly still tooo much !!! he had to ask her for help. She never said sorry or nothing. I kept saying stuff that she totally ignored me extremely rude lady.!! Didn’t resolve my issue !! Not a good experience.

I asked an older lady if a register was open because it looked like a self checkout. It was not but she got a really bad attitude just for asking. She goes to the register and let's me use, as in I scan my own stuff and then she says this machine only takes cards and walks off. I ask her if there is anyway to pay with cash in the store and she goes "yeah I guess but ill have to use the other register", like its killing her to help me. She turns on the other register, takes my cash and the whole thing took 5 seconds. Why do I feel like I should apologize to you for making you do your job? Its not just here, its alot of places.
