Samantha provided outstanding customer service during my Vapor X purchase. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about helping customers. Vapor X is a great store, and employees like Samantha make the experience even better.

Taylor is one of a kind when it comes to customer service. He’s knowledgeable, kind helpful and patient. Any question I have about vapes or juice he can answer. He’s very helpful when it comes to vape selection and always gives a clear understanding about how a product works or tastes. He’s the best hands down

I loooove this store so much! Every time I come in I’m greeted with excitement and care. Shaggy is always a great help, and we always have good conversations. The prices are cheaper than other vape stores I’ve been to. And the vibes are always immaculate. I recommend this store above all others!

This store is awesome. Definitely a store to go in for the customer service. Shout out to shaggy!

Always super friendly, and when they don’t have my particular vape in stock they always help me decide on one that I will enjoy!
