What is up with that weekend girl? I wasn't going to post about her, but I guess management doesn't seem to care that she has bad reviews? If it were my store, I certainly would be concerned. Certainly no customer service personality, looks like she's mad all the time, and just a dry response. Im only in the area on the weekends, so I stop to buy my vapes. I think im going to change my routine and go somewhere else. Wish I could actually give 0 stars!

Would be more stars but im kinda bummed out about the different sales techniques they use, went in last week and got what I needed and got 25% off cuz it was a kratom product over 10 bucks. Go in saturday to get it again and the young lady said I cant get 25% off because the sale price doesnt end in .99 cents? They have a bug yellow sign on the window i pointed out saying ALL KRATOM AND 7-OH products 25% off and she said the owner set the system up to only give that discount to stuff ending in .99 cents in example 22.49 you cant get the discount but if its 22.99 you can? Weird.

Poor customer service! Customers are more important than your texting conversation! Watered down juice/fluid! Overpriced disposables that won't recharge or stop working after a couple hours of use.

I just wanna put this one star to get the owner or the manager attention because that weekend employee girl she is something else .. zero customer service zero help .. there’s sign outside says 25% off the product I buy .. I asked her can you apply it she said it’s already applied on the price .. I told her I bought the same product last week for 19.99 without discounts .. how is it today still 19.99 with discounts. I’m regular customer but when I go I’m gonna look if she’s the one run place I will not walk in .
