Pretty strange thing happened to me when I went here this evening. Im not going to bring race into this fight. Im better than that but I came here to buy butane for my solder gun. Ask for butane. Said they dont have any. Okay well what abt the two bottles over by the door. Oh those are not for sale they are for display. Okay then why is there two of them with price stickered. Sitting side by side? I have a photo of it. I advise people. Do not go here if your looking for anything to purchase. Bc something are not for sale apparently. Thats okay. I will never buy from this store again. Ill take my business down the street to tk tobacco and vape. Better deals and better prices. And the owner isnt driving a brand new vetted over there either. See that car out in the parking lot. Thats how bad your getting ripped off here. Think i might file a complaint with the state over this.

The rewards program works well when the right person behind the counter what she knows what she’s talking about . But I went to purchase a vape and two gentleman sold me an empty box and instead of giving me the box back like I always request. They dumped it in the trash where I couldn’t see. When I asked to get it out they said no it’s in there already. I reached in to get it And walked out of the store. As I was walking out of the store, I noticed the box was empty. I went back in immediately to tell them look you guys sold me an empty vape. They proceeded to argue with me, belittle me call me names and threaten me to call corporate because They won’t do anything to them even if I tried. A simple checking the cameras, my name is Sean Pontius, I was wearing a red jacket. This happened at 4:50 PM on. Sunday, December 21.

Been coming here since I moved to the area. They are a bit more $$ than other places, BUT they always have what we need, so not having to stop at 4 different stores for 4 different items is worth the extra couple dollars. On top of always having what we need, the staff are always helpful, patient and the store is clean and organized. Nothing worse than feeling like a burden when asking someone for something you intend to pay them hard earned $$ for!!!
